COMMUNICATIONS:
At Signature Pet Services, every telephone call and email is very important to me and my email and voicemail is checked everyday (yes, including weekends) and as often as is possible.
There are times when my schedule can get very busy and when that is the case every effort will be made to return voicemail and/or email communications within 24 hours. Usually, you can expect your call to be returned that same day. Telephone and email communications are not made at anytime during another client's service time.

DOG, PUPPY, AND KITTY SERVICE HOURS:
The service areas for Signature Pet Services are limited to South Surrey and White Rock. The areas of Surrey, Cloverdale and Langley may be serviced on a referral basis. There is no service area restriction on the in-home dog boarding and dog day care services.
Signature Dog Service Hours:
Dog walking: Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 6:00pm
Dog relief: Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 6:00pm
Dog sitting and dog visit: Anytime
In-home dog boarding & dog day care: Schedule discussed at booking time.
Signature Puppy Service Hours:
Pup relief: Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 6:00pm
Pup sitting and pup visit: Anytime
Signature Kitty Service Hours:
Kitty sitting (daily and/or long term): Anytime
